Loft in Saint Maur

Sur un petit espace de 32 m2 nous avons créé un loft confortable, cosy et plein de charme pour location. Le but était d’amener de la luminosité et de la chaleur dans cet appartement post-industriel. Un salon avec cuisine américaine est ouvert à une terrasse extérieure pleine de lumière. La salle de bain et la chambre au premier niveau créent un espace ‘nuit’. Nous avons ajouté une mezzanine pour installer un dressing au deuxième niveau.

In the small space of 32 m2 we created a comfortable and charming loft for rental purposes. The most important thing was to invite the light and cosiness into this post-industrial property. A living-room with an open kitchen continues into the light-filled terrace on the ground floor. The first floor is a ‘night area’ with a bathroom and bedroom. We decided to add a mezzanine that became a kind of walk-in closet.
